Guided Breath work

Our breath is a powerful tool to facilitate and encourage shifts to take place in our bodies. It is our life force energy, the quickest way to calm our nervous system is through our breath, we certain also use certain breath techniques to bypass our conscious mind as we integrate the shifts taking place on a cellular level.

Charlotte has 150hr training in somatic movement and breath work, she weaves this into each session where necessary to accelerate, activate or support the body’s process.
