Sound Vibrational Therapy

There is a lot of research about how sound works with our bodies, as we are made up of over 70% water and sound has the ability to ripple and move water, the same goes for our bodies.

It has a vibro-acoustic effect upon your body. This means you can feel the sound as well as hear it.

The vibrations ripple through the bones, organs, tissue and fluids removing blockages and restoring the natural flow of energy and balance.

The gentle sound waves created harmonise with our brainwaves and slow them down. When this happens the heart rate and breathing also slow down. This creates a deeply relaxing state that provides the nervous system the time and space to recalibrate itself.
