Kinesiology can work wonders for Children of all ages.



Children are ego-centric, meaning that they believe that everything that happens around them is somehow to do with them, this is why at all ages it is about getting them to feel that their emotions are validated.

 If at any stage we experience shame and get stuck without processing shame, we begin to hide ourselves. 

Giving children the language to communicate their feelings and a safe space to have them validated from a young age whilst they are still forming their belief systems can have a profound impact on their transition into their teenage years and onwards into adulthood.

  • When kids are very young, we will do most of the muscle testing on Mum - surrogating for their baby, however there are som beautiful acupressure points and meridian massages that we can do to support your child with any underlying sleep, digestive or feeding issues, as well as balancing any trauma there may have been throughout the pregnancy or birth  

    The affect of the treating of both the Mother and Child has a much bigger impact. I always encourage Mother’s to have an appointment of their own as well to balance and ground them into their new role and all that comes with. Often children are also picking up on something that may be going on in their parents lives.

    The New born to first year stage is great time for an emotional release as emotions are no doubt heightened with all the changes and sleep deprivation.

At this age we do all balancing on the mother, your baby is welcome to come along or you may come on your own for some time away, either way the balancing and shifts still have a profound affect on both Mum and Bub as at this age especially they are so close.

Kinesiology for Adults or Teens Online

Charlotte will use surrogate muscle testing to tune into your body’s energy for the balance. This will be a live session via TeleHealth, please make sure you find a quiet space to attend this call.

Each session with Charlotte will look unique to what your body and energy is asking for in the moment. Charlotte uses a range of techniques and remedies to facilitate the shifts required in your physical, emotional and energetic body.

These include but are not limited to guided breath practices, TCM acupressure point massage, meridian flushing, vibrational sound therapy, holistic counselling, intuitive healing and insight, energetic remedies such as essential oils, vibrational medicine such as flower essences.

You may come with a specific goal, injury or ailment to work with, however by bypassing the conscious mind we quickly find out where and what the body needs to process in order to bring you into balance.

The Calm Reset Method

The Calm Reset Method combines Kinesiology and Hypnosis, the synergy of these two modalities can significantly amplify your outcomes.

Both work to bypass the conscious mind and work with the subconscious to increase the possibilities of lasting change in your internal and external worlds.

In your Kinesiology session you are an active participant, in hypnosis you are able to relax whilst remaining completely in control as you integrate the shifts that have taken place in your Kinesiology session on a deeper level.

  • Total Investment $300

    Upon booking a $150 deposit will be required.

    Your Hypnosis appointment will take place within 7 days after your Kinesiology balance, you will then receive a recording of your hypnosis to listen to for between 7-14 days to embed the changes.

    Within 24 hours you will receive a phone call from Jen Tostevin from Jenesis Psychotherapy to confirm that you are a suitable candidate for Hypnosis and to book your Hypnosis session.
