Join Shelley, an experienced counsellor and reiki master, and Charlotte a knowledgeable Kinesiologist, Yoga teacher and Breath work practitioner for an afternoon of self love and nourishment.
There will be Ceremonial grade cacao served, breath work and kriya practices to open to heart, group reiki and a meditation to integrate with acupressure massage.
